Weekend Getaway

This past weekend we had an amazing opportunity, thanks to my boss, to go up to Zermatt in Midway to enjoy a 2 night stay and free massage!! Zermatt is a really cute lil Swiss like village. We got up there Friday afternoon and had lunch with Sales Manager and got a tour of the facility and their conference rooms to see if we could use it at WSU. The staff up there were really great and made the stay fantastic. We were able to stay in a suite with a fireplace and they even sent us chocolate covered strawberries (my favorite!). Friday late afternoon we went to Park City and got some Christmas shopping done. Then came back and hung out in their hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool. I wish I would have got a picture of the pool because it was too cool. You can swim underneath the wall from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. We were swimming outside in December while it snowed! We didn't last too long, it was still pretty cold :) Saturday we woke up and went to their gym for a bit and then I got a massage. It was my first massage by a guy which was a little awkward at first for me..... After getting ready we went into Park City again to finish up our shopping. Then we came back and enjoyed some hot chocolate by our fireplace in our room and then went to the hot tub again. It was such a relaxing weekend. I really recommend going up there sometime. It was great!
