Shark Reef
Kynli loves looking out our glass doors at Koda and has been so interested in animals and watching everything, so we took her to the Shark Reef down at Mandalay Bay. She was so excited to see everything. She stood by the glass and watched all the fishies and huge sharks swim right by her. It was so fun to see her excitement. I love this age! She is so much fun right now and does more everyday. She points at everything and is learning what a lot of things are called already. Can't believe it!!! My babies growing up!

Spring Break Fun!!!
Jordan got a week off of school for Spring Break....halelujah!!! It was seriously sooooo nice to have him around. Kynli and I were so glad to get to spend some time with him and get a lil break ourselves. I started the week off by running a 5K out at Hoover Dam with my favorite sister. We got decked out in our St. Patty's Day green and ran our best time yet!!! Yay us! Lana even got 2nd in her age division. Jordan and Kynli met us at the finish line and then we headed to Lake Las Vegas for a lil staycation. We checked in and grabbed some lunch and headed to the pool. Kynli LOVES the water. She splashes non stop in the pool and so much that sometimes she gets a whole wave of water in her mouth. However, it doesn't stop her. I love it!! The next day we lounged in the hotel all morning and then walked out by the lake after a late brunch and fed the "ducks" ...had some ice cream... and took a few more pictures. It was such a nice getaway. Jordan's parents came in town the next weekend and we had so much fun hanging out with them and going on some sightseeing drives. We went to Hoover Dam to see the new bridge and then headed up to Mt. Charleston the next day. It was so nice to go out to dinner with them and do some fun shopping with Grandma Mare! It was such a nice vacation for all of us....now back to reality and routine........

My "baby" girl
Kynli gets cuter everyday I swear. :) She is loving pulling herself up in her crib. This is my favorite picture of her smiling standing in her crib, so proud of herself! She's becoming quite the independent eater too. She loves to do it herself. Here's a picture of the mess leftover after letting her :) I can't believe how fast she's growing and that I'm going to have a 1 year old soon!!! Crazy! She is learning something new every day. She now will point to the following when asked "Where is the...." (clock, dog, fan, light, chair, rocking chair, elephant, tv, flowers, fridge, baby, winnie the pooh, ball, phone). She also will make an "elephant noise" and lift her arm up like an elephant trunk. She can now turn on and unlock my iphone already!!! She makes a "tick tock" sound when looking at the clock and will pretend to rock in her rocking chair when you ask her where it is. She also will hold up one finger when you ask, "How old are you?" and prompt her with holding up your 1 finger. She combs her hair with brushes all the time and holds up phones and remote controls to her ear to "talk." She sings ANY time she hears music and will dance too. She is getting so smart!!! I can't get enough of this lil girl!
